These terms cover your use of Numora. Please read them — they are short and written in plain language. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Numora is
Numora is a personalized numerology service. We calculate your chart from the name and birth date you give us, and offer readings, AI conversations, and related features. Some features are free; others require a paid plan.
Entertainment & guidance only
Numora provides numerology-based insights for guidance and entertainment purposes only. Our readings should not be used as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. If you need help with a serious decision, please consult a qualified professional.
Your account
We sign you in via magic link — a one-time URL emailed to your inbox, no password required. Keep your inbox secure. One account per person, please. You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account.
Payments
Paid plans and credit packs are processed by Mollie. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Prices and currencies are shown at checkout. We may change prices for new periods, but we will give you notice before any change affects you.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases — email us within 7 days of payment for a full refund. Credit pack purchases are non-refundable once the credits are added to your account.
Intellectual property
The Numora brand, our written interpretations, code, and design belong to us. Your personal chart numbers belong to you. You're welcome to share screenshots of your readings, but please don't republish our reading text wholesale on other sites without permission.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the service, don't try to break or overload it, and don't use the AI chat to harass others or generate harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Liability & governing law
We provide Numora on an 'as-is' basis. Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, where Numora operates from.
