[EN] Numora is a personal numerology guide. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we need to give you accurate, personalized readings. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

[EN] What we collect

[EN] When you create an account we collect your email address. To calculate your numerology chart we also collect your full birth name, birth date, and (optionally) your birth time. If you talk to our AI numerologist, we store your messages so the conversation has context. Payment details are processed by Mollie — we never see your card number.

[EN] How we use your data

[EN] Your name and birth data power the numerology calculations and the AI chat. Your email is used to sign you in (via magic link) and to send the daily Personal Day insight if you opt in. We do not sell your data. We do not use your messages to train AI models.

[EN] How we store it

[EN] Your data lives in a PostgreSQL database we operate, with encrypted connections (TLS). Backups are encrypted at rest. Access to production data is limited to a small number of people with operational needs.

[EN] Third parties we work with

[EN] We rely on a small set of trusted services: Google's Gemini API powers the AI conversations (your chart context and messages are sent there to generate replies); Mollie handles payments; Resend delivers email; Google Analytics 4 measures site usage in production. Each of these processes data under their own privacy terms.

[EN] Cookies

[EN] We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. In production we also use Google Analytics cookies to measure how the site is used. You can clear cookies at any time in your browser; doing so will sign you out.

[EN] Your rights (GDPR & LGPD)

[EN] You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, export it, or have it deleted. You can also object to specific processing, like marketing emails. Email us and we will respond within 30 days. These rights apply whether you're in the EU (GDPR), Brazil (LGPD), or elsewhere.

[EN] How long we keep your data

[EN] Account data is kept while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain limited records (for example, tax records for paid orders).

[EN] Changes to this policy

[EN] If we make material changes we will post the new version here and update the 'Last updated' date. If the change is significant, we will also notify you by email.
